1. Do not double fading door
2. Do not put a fading door in front of a door
3. Do not fading door abuse
4. No crouch or jump bases
5. Mega bases require 4 or more people
6. No black out bases
7. One way props/walls are allowed
8. You are allowed to only have one entrance into your base
9. You are not allowed to base in spawn
10. You can not have a KOS line/sign while having a building sign
11. You can not have any entities while building
12. Each side of a fading door must have a keypad or a button
13. 2 people must be able to fit in between your fading doors
14. Your fading doors must have at least a 5 second holding period
15. No flashing materials or ones that rape your eyes
16. Money printer safes must have a keypad and fading door
17. Hobos must base in streets
18. Hobos do not prop block or build in the middle of the road
